[Bug] Rhino - Can't Use Revive If I Died While Activating Iron Skin

If I die while in the middle of activating Iron Skin, I won't be able to use a revive after the bleedout ends. The skill will show as active (with 90+ remaining), and I'll be able to turn around and shoot my secondary weapon, but I can't use a revive or move like in bleedout. Other players can revive me even after the bleedout ends and I can also use gears (like health/ammo restore). 

 

I have to mention that this happened while fighting Sargas Ruk, so I might be wrong about iron skin being at fault, and instead it might be Ruk's fault.
