Shatter Sheilds Bug

On mesa once u activate shatter sheilds you cant get a buff from buff augments from your team mates, e.g Frost cant buff mesa with his damage buff augment for a first ability. The buff will keep bouncing off until the shater shields are turned off. Is this a bug? 

Tested again if u get a buff and then turn your shatter sheilds on the buff remains, Mesa pace maker gives unreliable damage output when under a buff augment , damaging 20k  critics and then all of a sudden you see 5k-8k criticals . Please look into this and let me know if its factual. 

 

 

Damage fall off when enemies scale up but when under a buff the damage remains the same???

Does that mean the enemies have same armor the only thing that fall off is the damage you do

i mean if an enemy at level 1 has 100 armor and your one shot does 50 damage he will die in 2 shots but when he gets armor increase to 500 he should die in 50*10=500 (10 shots) but on ground thats not the case, on ground you damage dealt reduces from 50 to 10 per shot. This creates a problem when ure using a buff ... your damage is still the same as it was one  a level 1 enemy e.g 50 damage without buff, 300 damage with a 600% damage buff so when faced with a higher level enemy who has 300 health he will die in one shot too.
