nekrojiji Posted May 13, 2013 Share Posted May 13, 2013 At this time when you need to use something from the inventory (i.e. ammo boxes or heath packs) you have to press Q and than move your cursor over to the bottom left corner. (you lose a lot of time just by doing this action) My suggestion is that when you pres Q, the inventory will show in the middle of the screen with the cursor in the middle of it.
