Falling Through The Elevator Floor

I've have confirmed this on multiple frames with different melee weapons.

While elevator is going up, if you do jump attack (the downward aoe), you fall through the elevator floor and land on the floor elevator started on.

Sometimes you respawn right outside the elevator door.

Sometimes, you keep falling through the map

Yes, that happens.

Yep... happens frequently.

 

Remedy: No jumping aeo attack on elevator. It seems to have worked for me.

You can actually fall through the elevator floor the same way if you perform a wall jump (Some elevators won't let you, some will) and I've had it happen twice in a row where I switch Teleported with friends while riding an elevator up and they fell through. One kept falling and the other wound up back on the first floor. The one that continued to fall wound up completely dead later on in the level and used one of  their daily revives to come back.
