Mod Screen - Stuck In Fusion

I have had this problem a few times, I bring up the mod screen and start doing fusions to level up my mods, and one card, I would start doing the fusion, but it just won't do it, I keep clicking on the final button, but it does not bring up the "are you sure you want to proceed" box, it only happens for one card, exiting all the way back out to the menus fixes it, it seems to happen at random and on random cards.

Also happens to me every now and then. I can't say when or why, but sometimes the apply fusion button just doesn't work. I select my mod, click fusion, click another mod and then when I click apply nothing happens. All I can say is that it is never the first fusion when it happens, I can do one or more and then it happens. Going away from the fusion menu and then coming back will fix this as is said.
