Suggestions For Rank Tests

I don't mind the rank tests. I understand their importance of not letting grinders pretend to have skill when they don't. But, as this is a beta, there are some things I would like to see changed/added.

 

1) Cut the retry wait time to 12 hours, at least after the first try. Sometimes things happen during your first time in the test, such as miscommunication of objectives, glitches, etc. Waiting for 24 hours is a bit harsh.

 

2) Prevent the "mini missions" from popping up. Many people think this is part of the test and waste their time with it, inevitably failing the test.

 

3) Have an initial pause screen pop up, briefing you on the rules of the test at hand. It could tell you what to do and what not to do, minimizing mistakes caused my misdirection, rather than lack of skill. Rather than Lotus saying "Let's test your abilities with a sidearm," the screen would say, "Kill all enemies with a secondary weapon (pistol) within the given time. There are three waves."
