Constant Frames Drop Every 5 Secs

So i got this issue in warframe , click on the link and watch the bottom left corner.

Weird thing is i can run any other game on highest settings without problems like GTA V

 

Does anyone what's cause this freeze/coguh/stutter in my system?

 

I tried turning off dx 10 and  dx 11 ; turned them both on;

 

So basicly i tried evrything on the launcher i even tried reinstalling the game tried playing not over steam ...

 

 

This all started since 16.4. and every hotfix i have to change something different to get it back to work

I'm having similar issue, and sometimes the just locks up.

 

Running on i7-3770k, HD5850 1GB, Windows 8.1

This is the first instance of this I've seen of it occurring on the Title Screen; I'd very much like to see your EE.log if you could submit it with a support ticket. 

 

As a temporary workaround, could you see if this occurs with all your Audio Settings set to 0?
