Kasumi-
Trying to buy a game on Steam. Just added $20 my Steam account to do it. (using a steam card, not a credit card) This piece of crap shows up every time I attempt to buy it: EDIT: Found the solution: Got a solution! Use Big Picture mode. Worked flawlessly. -CM-Tiffany
If you were in a different country when you added funds to your wallet, and then switched country and tried to pay from a different country, that shows up. What you can do is modify the Steam store URL on your browser to match the country that you were at when you added the funds. IE http://store.steampowered.com/?cc=uk I'm not sure what the letters are for each country though. But i'm pretty sure a feature was added recently to the steam wallet page itself. :) Edited May 5, 2015 by -CM-Tiffany

Just added the funds and then tried to use it. Valve sucks at software. Had no reason to "fix" what wasn't broken.
Kasumi-
contact valve support I'm not waiting weeks for their damn near useless support to contact me when the game, having gone on sale for the first time that I've ever seen after waiting several years, goes OFF sale tomorrow. Steam Support sucks. Hard. They've never done a useful thing for me in these situations. Once my copy of Portal was replaced with a second copy of Counter Strike: Source. They pretty much just told me to deal with it and fix it myself.

Kasumi-
I might actually have a fix for this. I'll post it here if it works :/
-CM-Tiffany
Yes. Well, literally the only time I got that message was when I was gone from England and I had to change the country on the steam browser. You should try it whether or not you left your country. Oh, you can also go to your account page and change your store region there.

Thanks for the help though! Edited May 5, 2015 by Kaiczar
