CriticalFumble
We know from Einstein about frames of reference; the result of assuming that one thing is stationary causing the perception that another is in motion. So how does this apply? Well, how do we know that sigils are rotating, rather than the entirety of the game rotating with the exception of the sigils? If the entire game inverted, including the camera, your perception of up and down would not change, however in intentionally or accidentally not rotating the sigils, DE generated an alternate frame of reference so that allows a viewer to notice the alteration. Why? Well, we do have some major changes coming up. This was likely a dry run to see if the game inversion system worked properly when they turned our world upside down. That, or Half-Life 3 confirmed.

reedknoll
Yep makes sense, it's all about point of reference. So either the updated syndana energies are getting darker.... or the whole warframe universe is just getting brighter. Maybe DE's releasing solar flares in preparation for the annihilation of planets resulting to navigation 2.0(less nodes). I refuse to accept that everything's a bug, so people should stop complaining.
