I know on the first round we could go just about anywhere and a target would pop up. I've talked to him like 10 times and I still can't find a target anywhere to scan. Anti moa's spawn on corpus tilesets only, just run them, simaris will prompt you telling you that there is a target here but only if you have a sanctuary scanner equipped Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Go to the place where you see the progress on individual targets, you must re-set your new target as Anti-Moa. I did reset and he tells me to scan.
