Need Clarification On This Major Issue? Bug Or Am I Doing It Wrong

Took this from another thread in ps4 fourms because I've encountered this very same problem.

I'm posting it here with hopes us ps4 users can get a answer as DE seems to be ignoring the question in the ps4 forums

I thought U16 was supposed to null re-sacrifice when ranking up syndicates. I started ranking up SM again before U16 dropped. After the drop, it still asks for sacrifices. Was this fix only for ranking up (the first time) after U16 dropped?

Yes sacrifices are there still but when you read the patch notes they made it where you only have to make a sacrifice once ever meaning you can leave Abiters of Hexes to join Red Vail get hated by Abatiers

Rank Vail up to 5 get everything you need leave Vail rejoin Hexis rank em back to 5 without ever needing to make a sacrifice again

This was added in 16.3 to both pc & ps4

Problem is PS4 isn't working correctly as the patch notes say it's still asking for the sacrifices

Either we are doing something wrong & it needs to be explained on what we need to do to see this change.

Or this Feature is Broken & needs to be fixed to work as its intended..
