Cpu Max Out?

This just started in the last week of patches, i did not log on every day so i could not say what patch exactly, but i did complete 4 tube men runs before this problem showed up (that was Friday night).

My old  1.5 giga hertz Quad core CPU (intell i think, the sticker is gone) goes all the way to 80-100% utilization and my fan goes on max in about 60 seconds. I cant tell you any thing about the Ram usage but that seems stable.

I have attempted disabling multi thread rendering, no difference what so ever. and i have no settings on high.

I have pictures but am a complete forum n00b despite being R 13 X.X

1.5 GHz is pretty bad, but warframe can run on a lot of things. I have seen many performance issues related to u16.5, but considering your hardware it could just be you and your CPU. It would be nice if you were to post your specs. You can download Speccy, a tool which shows you all your system specs. Just screencap that.

EDIT: To post pictures go to http://postimage.org/ and upload the pictures. then click copy thumbnail link for forums.

Cool, thanks, and ive run 40 minute + T4 surv and other taxing things, just fine, so i have no idea why my comp is flipping out now.

I can run crysis 3 on medium graphics (i don't remember if it was 60 or not that was a long time ago)

And my frame rate in game has never been optimal, but my hardware has never, ever flipped out like this for WARFRAME.

Edit ~ Operating System
    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
    AMD A6-3420M    65 °C
    Llano 32nm Technology
RAM
    8.00GB DDR3 @ 663MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
    Hewlett-Packard 3568 (Socket FS1)    68 °C
Graphics
    Generic PnP Monitor (1600x900@60Hz)
    512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6520G (HP)    63 °C
Storage
    465GB Seagate ST950042 0AS SATA Disk Device (SATA)    43 °C
Optical Drives
hp DVD A DS8A8SH SATA CdRom Device
Audio
    IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

Is that what you wanted?

There should be no big problem there, I would suggest unparking your CPU cores. https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/289244-framerate-drops-high-cpu-loads-cpu-overheating-this-might-fix-it-cpu-core-unparking/
