No Idea Where To Put This - Not Earning Affinity + Map Glitch?

So, I started doing the infested invasion for the Alad V. Nav. Cor. this morning. On run 1/3 I leveled my oberon up to 10. After the match I fell under the map and I noticed 2/4 squad mates disbanded from the match. Upon returning to my ship my Oberon is back to level 9. On run 2/3 I played solo, in a public match, with no other tenno joining and again reach level 10. When I got to the end to extract my character dies and I'm returned to the log in screen. So, I sign in and check the star chart to find out it says I've done the invasion 3/3 times. And again, my oberon is back to level 9. I'm not sure if this is relevent, or even a glitch, but I noticed in game (Type: elimination) every time the enemies were almost defeated it would keep adding more enemies to take down.

 

Mission: Uranus - Mab: Exterminate (Infestation) Mutalist Alad V. Nav Coordinate. 

 

Not sure how any of this is associated, and I hope this brief description helps.

There is an infested unit that spawns big "egg-like" usually in groups of 3 of those, which when hatch, adds a charger enemy for each.

 

They spawn it randomly and upon death, so it's no unusual to start a Exterminate of 100 units and end up with 115
