Melee Bug / Crouching Issue

I tend to play the game melee only, or at least melee based. And for the past hotfixes since U16 there's been this strange glitch that occurs when you are in melee only mode, sliding / crouching, and get knocked over.

 

after having those three events occur your camera gets stuck in a crouched mode while standing normally, and crouching will make the view even lower. 

 

The main issue with this glitch is it doesnt allow you to melee, you are unable to use your melee button at all in this mode, on a side note this mode is not infinite, it will go away after some time, but it takes quite a bit and in that much time in mid to high level play you will be dead / defenseless.
