Junking Blueprints

If we have a spare blueprint we don't want, it would be nice if we could scrap it for approximately 10% of its common and semi-common requirements. Example: Warframe Systems take 500 salvage and 220 plastids, so scrapping the blueprint would give 50 salvage and 22 plastids. That's about on par for a drop on each resource. The rare resources, like Gallium or control modules, would be left alone. Blueprints from the store should be exempt from this, and would only refund 10% of the credits spent.

Any other ideas for spare blueprints?

Draw a willy on it. Leave it laying around for some poor alien to find and try to build it.

I sure would like to be able to do something with the few hundred jaw sword bluprints I have now since they seem to make up almost 50% of mystery alert rewards.

Well okay, it's more like... 3 or 4, but that's still way too many.
