The Glaive Charge Attack

I recently reset my account to fix some of the ill spent plat I wasted, and picked up the Glaive.

 

Now, I will start by saying that I love this weapon. It is very fun and has some neat things that it can do. However, my biggest complaint is the charge attack automatically releasing at full charge. I feel that this weapon should allow us to hold the charge attack for a certain amount of time before releasing, kind of like the Paris bow. It is hard enough as it is to charge up and try to aim in such a short window.

 

Anyone else agree with me on this one?

EDIT: Let me explain why "Nah"

 

This is one of those weapons that are extremely powerfull when your skilled with it.

Skilled means you know the right moment to throw it and get the most possible kills.

Taking away this "pressure" makes it a brainless weapon.

Part of it is timing. 

 

Plus, no other melee weapon allows you to do this. If you could you'd be able to hold a charge and just run into enemies to shatter them. Glaive is the same principle. It's a very powerful weapon so you need to learn to time it properly.
