Knightmare047
I've experienced framerate drops as well as the static coming from my earphones whenever I use Loki's Invisibility or Banshee's Silence ability. Both which muffles sound. This has only been happening in the recent updates, and I've never had this problem before then. My laptop can run Warframe just fine with the settings I use and they are unchaged from the time when the I didn't get any framerate drops when using the abilities. Nep_Blanc
Warframe introduced reverb effects lately into the game this does not really work well with loki invis in the first update when it came but now I have had no problems with this. I want you to give the specs of your laptop to see what could be the problem. Because most of the gaming community knows that laptops have bad sound cards, slower CPU's and slower GPU's. parhaps your laptop's CPU can't cope with the reverb effects warframe uses now it is CPU taxing but not loads. Or your integrated sound option can't cope with the sound mixing, etc..... I hope you respond soon. Just tweak it a bit and your framerates will come back. Also what type number and brand is it? Anyways, thanks for the tip. :) No problem mostly it is a hardware side problem and laptops in general are not the best with thermals and performance overall. I hope you have saved enough money for a replacement or better a gaming desktop if you want to have that .
