Warframe Crash And Loss Of Experience

To the devs,

 

I have been playing warframe alot, and I've had one or two restarting issues, but now that the newest update (7.11) is out, I am having this issue even more.

 

The game is causing my Graphics cards (two 550ti 2 gigs), as well as my CPU (i7 920extreame) to hit 70-100% usage and crash my system. This is so far the only program that cuases my system to rev up like this. Even with the settings turned down.

 

It on average only happens after an hour or so. I also lose the progress on the maps as well as setbacks in gathering/credits. Today I encountered a set back was was more than one mission. Normally it is only progress lost on 1 match.

 

I've tried turning down the settings, verifying the files on steam, moving the file between a Solid State and a standard sata drive, turning down the overclock to stock, and then overclocking even harder, and going down to 1 monitor. I've also tried a few of these in combination with no luck.
