Bows do fine since they have no reload, just pulling the arrow from the quiver + Charge. Giving all snipers some kind of innate punch-through would be a good first step. A couple already do, but why not all of em? I also think a slight boost to damage would help make up for their unreliable crit stats and the fact that high status is put off by lower fire rate.
