It has a main character named Hayden Tenno, and his body armor looks like one of the starter warframes. He also has a weapon called the GLAVE! Warframe is what Dark Sector was supposed to be but publishers wouldn't let them make it because it wasn't in demand based on the consumer market. Now the original concept is back. Feindfeuer Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Take an educated guess who made the original Dark Sector and who is doing Warframe now... before DE (the Warframe and Dark Sector Developers) had to change it because of pressure by the Publisher. Man the makers of Warframe even stole the studio name, how unoriginal! ;p I've been meaning to read up on what Dark Sector was like. Never even heard of the game before I started playing Warframe.
