I've tried disabling DX10 and 11, but that didn't seem to do anything to stop it. Mine was fixed after I move to windows 8.1, and now I'm at windows 10, the problem was only at windows 7 when I tried again... so also can help is need you make sure that ur game is defragmented, and ur power options at control panel is on high perfomance.
