Implodingbanana Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 hey everyone im wondering if it's possible to transfer MS office from a dead computer to a new one? if so how?. im using win. 8.1 on both . the dead one will not boot up to windows and only goes to bios. pretty sure hardrive is dead and im tired of constantly repairing it. Prime Posted July 16, 2015 Share Posted July 16, 2015 pretty sure hardrive is dead so no, it's not possible... anyway, have you used OneDrive?, if yes, maybe synchronize the account with your new PC ^^ the only other thing you could try is installing Linux on a USB Stick and try to run that on your old PC, pretty sure that's the best way to access it's data... if I may ask, what was the document about? But I assume he wants to transfer it because he paid for it. At OP, do you have a CD key for it still? you may be able to redownload it and reactivate it with the same key.
