Emblem Rejected Because Its From A Game

  I submitted a clan emblem for my clan. My clan is called The Supreme Commanders. I submitted my own emblem I made. This emblem has a supreme commander with at the bottom it says supreme commander. It got rejected because its from Supreme Commander??? I need some help understanding why that is because my clan emblem right now is a symbol from supreme commander 2, and it never got rejected. 

 

 Can I please have some help why it was rejected or some understanding.
