Melee Not Responding

Any non-quest line missions I've tried since the hotfix today have started with melee being functional, then about 75% through, it seems as though the hotkey is disconnected. I made sure it wasn't a hardware issue prior to posting, and one other person agreed that it was happening to them, both of us usually using full melee. Is there anything I can do on my end to fix it?

 

[Edit]: Just bought Aklato, and when the melee stopped working, the secondary weapon was firing from the melee weapon into the ground while I was aiming forward. Any thoughts?
