Settings Menu Wont Close

This happens to me every time I try to access settings in-game. You can do nothing but look at the screen and hope that your team finishes the mission without you. You can get killed during this and if you revive the problem still remains. None of the buttons work, only way out (aside from team finishing mission) is killing the process via task manager (alt+f4 is blocked as well). This started to happen after 7.10 for me and is not related to any specific mission, warframe or piece of equipment

 

Steps to reproduce:

-Go into a mission

-Open options menu

-Fiddle around the settings

-Hit confirm/cancel

-Menu is now stuck
