[Suggestion]Manual Updates

Its been said that the launcher, even when its on the "aggresive download" its still slow as hell (atleast it is slow for me)

So, manual updates would be better, devs take everything whats updated and upload it into Putlocker or something like that and then, send the link to the forum, that way the launcher wont get over used and download speeds wont drop.

this update for me its downloading a 7kb, who in the world would accept that? and no, im not having internet troubles. Ive checked the internet traffic on my pc and noticed that the launcher almost doesnt even uses my 2mbps of connection.
