Update 8 Extermination Missions

I forget exactly which mission this was but, I had run into two or three extra enemies after the counter hit zero and the voice, whatever she is called, said no more life forms were around. They were Corpus Crew Members, or whatever they're called, so i'm not sure why they were there. Was the fix to the enemies being behind lock doors putting extra enemies?

Random Ancient Healer walks up, gets dead

"Lotus...you're systems are borked, get em fixed" "Nice counting" "Fail"

 

Yehh humorous and its usually only one or two but yeh.

This usually happens where the mission profile is changed to exterminate from something else, although it has happened in a multi race mission, iirc it was a grineer mission but half way through ran into infested and it seemed to bugger the mission logic. Anyway, been in the game for a while and pops up once in a blue moon.
