Game Hangs When Opening Any Menu /someone Joining Squad In Pvp

as title says, in PVP, the game freezes for like 5+ secs when I open any menu for the first time only, then it stays ok for like 30 secs and after them it will hang again, same applies for players joining, but this doesn`t happen as frequently as the menu hangover, I`ve seen some other players complain about it in squad, so it seems to be not only me, please fix
