I want to use it on my youtube, facebook and soundcloud as album cover for the track. Credit will be given where its due if you want. Also there is a madness day competition in two days at newgrounds.com If you do some nice job on it, you can post it as a contest entry to the madness day and possibly win real cash in USD.
