(PSN)JiggaJazz
The best way to make Volt's ultimate more improved is to increase the base range, allow continual stun chains from overload (maybe shock too) and make the casting time faster. The biggest issue with overload is the slow casting time, which makes the ability rather useless in a pinch when you can either speed away or hide behind an electric shield. By simply making overload faster we would be able to use it more fluidly, and with the range buff overload would be able to stun more enemies in his perimeter. The stun chain is something that just needs to be done whether anyone agrees with overload changes or not, as there is just a huge issue with multiple procs conflicting/not working (ember has the same issues with her abilitie's procs conflicting each other) These might seem like quite a few changes but this is Volt's ultimate after all and at the moment it is quite lackluster. (XBOX)JasonsNightmare
The biggest issue with Overlaod is its negligible damage. Shock almost does just as much damage, and chains to four enemies. Overload needs to destroy electronics to do more than 250 damage, and then it can never be as effective in that area again. In order for Overload to be a justifiable ultimate, it needs to not destroy the electronics that it stems from, deal more damage per instance, and either have a longer stun duration or greater range. Basically it needs a lot more work than what we are likely going to see. Edited September 29, 2015 by (XB1)JasonsNightmare
(PSN)AngelShur
Casting time you can improve with Natural Talents As for the " continual stun chains from overload (maybe shock too)" that sounds good! Half point for the idea +0,5 :-)
