In that video, they said there are currently 4 frames being worked on, and the implication is that, if Typhus will be worked on (again, they did not say that he will be), it would still be a distance out. Don't get your hopes up (yet). Unfortunately, you're absolutely right. I personally want to believe they mentioned him because they have an interest in bringing Typhus to the game, but more than anything, I'm sure it was just mentioned as a sidenote to say, "Yes, we remember it, maybe we'll think about it in the future. but right now we're just paying attention to our fans and making a nod towards them."
