The sound is a bit off, but I attribute that to the stream, not the game itself. The kick attack is back, so no more of that stupid shield break from DkS2, you can rapid fire certain spells in a much more fluid manner (seriously, it looks awesome). The parries and backstabs are just like Dark Souls 1. Also, seeing the backstab block by the enemy was cool, it didn't hit him but it could make things a little more difficult. We'll see I mean most of what a enemy could do we could as well, bar some bs stuff (quelaag and her assests) but for now we wait.
