Ok so I tried playing with my brother and his friends because he recently wanted to play again because he felt the game had changed enough to when he used to play it. He inevitably forgot his password because he uses a different password for everything, so he can't access his account. When he tries to do the forgotten password, it fails with just the generic "there was an error resetting your password" message. Anyone else had this issue? Can you provide any support?
