I managed to fall through some floor and get stuck under it.(but some silver lining you can run up the wall and jump off it to get out) 2. The revolving doors, when near them when they turn and pull you into the wall and its all black and you're unable to get out until the mission is complete. Like 3 out of 4 people in my run got stuck in doors. So I decided to jump into oblivion so I would die and respawn so we could finally finish....
