Lost my Excal Prime even though I kept all the rest of my special items (Frost Prime BP, Vandals, Saturated colors). Already put a support ticket in about a week ago but haven't heard anything on it yet. Just bringing it up so hopefully it can get dealt with while they are working on bringing the reset back online. As it says in my post, I put in a support ticket almost a week ago. Namely just checking to see if anyone else has this issue to see if its something bigger they may want to deal with before they bring the resets back online.
