The 4 Cursed Tenno Competition

Hello everyone my clan Quasars recently had a clan event which i thought was alot of fun and I would like to see how other Tennos would do. 

 

The 4 Cursed Tenno 

 

An Orokin legend tells of 4 cursed Tenno. They had been stripped of the ability to harness the energy around them and therefore could not cast the powers they saw their brothers and sisters do at will. Their natural armor while retaining the same form as other Tenno lacked the steel fiber in its molecules to resist or reflect any damage. It was no better than naked skin. An attack that was trivial to other Tenno was lethal for the 4. 

 

Thought to be a waste and a lost cause they were assigned an impossible mission in where they would surely die the last death but at the same time preserve an honorable end. Having the 4 Sent to fight an enemy both powerful and numerous, the Tenno Dojos and the Orokin Cabinet turned their backs and forgot them. 

 

Left only with their weapon prowess, acrobatic skill and tactical theory the 4 entered their mission expecting to die and become nothing more than a regretful memory… 

 

The legend speaks of the aftermath of the battle, the evidence that was left behind. Every enemy was found dead. All of them expertly shot in the head with supreme precision. Not a single bullet, throwing knife or arrow was found in any wall, surface or object. Only the projectiles in each dead enemy’s head remained. The attackers had not missed a single shot, not one. Post event bio-transmorphic scans detected no traces of Tenno blood or shield residue. It seems they had avoided all injury as well… 

 

But the 4 had vanished. No communications, no sighting of their ships. Some say they took their own lives. Some say they slipped away into the void. Some even say they are planning a vengeful return on their Tenno brethren and Orokin masters. 

 

But most say it is just a legend, and that it never really happened at all… 

 

 

Event Notes 

1.The event is based on completing an exterminate mission stealthily. Any exterminate mission is acceptable.

 

2.If any of the team member gets more than 100% accuracy the team will be disqualified. In testing we have found multiple ways to get above 100% accuracy and there were time where we even got 700%.

 

3.Each player needs to get above 15 kills to ensure that no player is carried.

 

4.0% damage taken gives 100 points to the score. If you have a good run with damage taken you can still submit the results.

 

5.If any abilities are used your submission will not be accepted.

 

6.You need to submit screenshots as proof of doing the event. One midgame and others showing damage taken, kills, headshots, accuracy and abilities used.

 

7.Quasars encourages the use of your knowledge of ingame mechanics and anything that you can use to win.

 

8.The competition is PC only since i currently have no way to get the rewards to consoles

 

9.Doing it solo you will have less points since the accuracy points for each member adds up. So yes you can do it solo but you will have less points. This is because it was a clan event so we were trying to promote teamplay among members. In a team with no coordination or communication there is more chance for someone to rush for a kill and have you miss a shot or taking damage.

 

10.All primary and secondary weapons are allowed. We don't count melee kills in the scoreboard since we are trying to get members to get headshots and high accuracy. Getting melee kills wont get you disqualified but it just wont provide any additional points.

 

Event Scoring 

Damage taken 0% for all team members = 100 point bonus. 

Kills                                               Minimum of 15 kills each 

Headshots                                    Each headshot = 1 point 

Accuracy                                      Each 1% of accuracy = 1 point 

Abilities used Must be 0 for all team members. 

 

Click link below for Example of perfect score (if 60 enemy mission with 4 players). If there are more than 60 enemies the score could be higher than 560.

Rewards 

1st place 1000 plat 

2nd place  800 plat 

3rd place - 400 plat

4th and 5th place Potato of choice 

If you are in the squad with both of the highest scores you only get the platinum for 1 place. The rewards are split evenly among the members of the squad. 

 

Event starts on Sat 07/11/2015 - Sun 15/11/2015 

The event ends when the daily reset happens.

Edit: Thanks to a donation from /u/greasytips i have increased first prize from 400p to 1000p, second place form 200p to 800p, I changed 3rd place from potatoes to 400p

Question: Can we do this solo, without a team?

Doing it solo you will actually have less points since the accuracy points for each member adds up. So yes you can do it solo but you will end up with less points. The reason for that is because in a team there is more chance for someone to rush for a kill and have you miss a shot or someone taking damage and it also requires coordination. Another reason it was a clan event where we wanted to promote teamplay among members.
