0 Krak_Nihilus
Are you on WiFi? Try getting a wired connection if possible, warframe launcher has problems with starting back from where it failed when connection is lost so an unstable WiFi might be a huge problem when updating. 0 Krak_Nihilus
Try updating your network card drivers, both WiFi and Ethernet. You can do it through Windows device manager or as I'd suggest with help of third party programs like for example driver booster 3. It's free and simple to use, will update all your drivers with only a few clicks on your side. Also makes a system restore point before updating drivers in case something goes wrong. 0 Krak_Nihilus
Does it download anything before your get the error? If not it might be firewall issue, check both your Windows firewall exceptions (and make sure warframe is allowed) and your anti virus firewall. 0 Krak_Nihilus
That sounds rather strange, to see if it's your connection suddenly going downhill I'd suggest installing Net Uptime Monitor and running the update again, if your connection suddenly dies you'll be notified. I think, to be honest I never used this program myself so I don't really know. https://netuptimemonitor.com

0 Krak_Nihilus
Well crap, I'd look for some other program like this but my laptop just had a sudden and tragic death. I'm afraid that all my ideas didn't work and you're now stuck waiting for an answer from support.
