Spy Mission Bug

This bug is super annoying, you are FORCED to fail your mission when your given the "exterminate" sub quest and then they lock the LAST remaining enemy behind a locked door.

 I just had the same issue happen.  We accidentally triggered the alarm before each vault but got all the data.  It changed to exterminate, and the last enemies were behind the locked door.

I feel better I'm not the only one; however, I'm the type of person who prides my self on completion over drop outs.

 Yeah, I like to have completions, but my 100% was destroyed a long time ago.  Probably by a similar bug.  Still I tried a few things to get it to clear up.  Ran way back and hoped things would respawn correctly.  Which one thing did spawn on my side of the door.  But only one thing and I ran all the way back to the original entry room to get that to happen.

I'm sadly at 91%, complete 6% fail, and 3% quit. At least my cipher record is good: 1,752 complete, 10 fail. Average of 6 Sec each.

Same thing happend to me during a Jupiter mission. Spy mission turned extermnate which turned impossible. It was ONE enemy behind a door... I was very frustrated. I also tried returing to spawn and using ability's to get them from behind the door with no luck.
