I really wish they'd have kept the operators completely covered and silent.

 

IT made us feel much weaker, smaller, and more adult.

 

It also kept the roleplaying in tact. Now it just feels ruined

Being able to see their faces didn't bother me that much, it's the voice lines that play all the time that make it feel weird.

You can turn off Operator voice in audio options to prevent voice lines from playing.
