So back when the promo codes were up, I made sure to redeem each one. They all said they were successfully redeemed as well.
However, when I went in game yesterday after the update, I only received 5 of the 6 rewards. I know it's not that big of a deal but I really wanted the noggle. So ultimately I am wondering if I should bother sending in a ticket and would sending in a ticket be the right way to go about the issue.
If the stalker noggle eventually appears in game and you have to pay for it with plat, I wouldn't mind doing that as an alternative. But if it will not be available in the future, I would rather at least ask about it.
