Suddenly Bad Fps

So first i had warframe running on max settings at around 120fps. now i run at like 55 adn when i enter a multiplayer match the frames are decreasing and it is lagging first i sit around 50 with drops to 25 and it gets worse and worse and after a while i get 0 fps and i lose connection to the host... when i turn the graphics to the lowest resolution it keeps the same frame rates and it also can't be my internet because in cs-go my ping is 17. i also have the latest drivers for my graphic card.

so what could be causing my problem? :(

i noticed a drop in performance also, after U18 hit

yeah a drop or also not being able to play in multiplayer because it keeps getting worse?

it was stated in patchnotes that some graphic options reseted to their default.

 

if you had lowered your settings, this might be it.

 

playing on a low-end laptop myself, minimum settings and everything runs fine, but a few too many options turned on nearly cripples the system.

it might be helpful to describe your sys and/or options with at least a few words.
