X1 Keyboard Freeze Help !

Hello tenno.

 

I've already contacted the support about my situation, however I really want to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue.

 

So basically whenever I want to enter to chat mode on my X1, the digital keyboard just freezes and the whole controller becomes unresponsive. The only way I found how to exit the freeze is by restarting my whole console. I've also tried changing servers just incase and still have the same problem. Anyone has a similar issue ? Can anyone suggest what to do? Cuz the only thing I have on my mind right now is to re-install the game.

Ummmm update your drivers? Is that a thing on consoles? It should be. I have no idea to be honest, never even used a console other than at a friends house, so I'm blindly guessing. But hey, maybe it'll work :]

X1 is nothing like PC, and I wish it was cuz then I could've fixed it myself. Unfortunately when it comes to consoles, your choices of fixing stuff is limited.

Mmmmhhhmmm a lot of friends and clannies as well, they just use smartglass to get back to frame then xbl party or message them until resets

Microsoft surely loves to ruin everything with their updates . It's not the first time Warframe suffers from Microsoft's behalf.
