Having A Lot Of Frame Rate Issues... It's At War.....!

I am having FPS issues... Not sure if it's because my CPU isn't strong enough or not. Processor - Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz   Video card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660  DirectX - 11 RAM 12 GB
OS     Windows 7 Professional (SP1)

Only problem I see is my CPU, I turn off my anti virus, malware, and spyware when I play... only thing I have on is windows essentials, I set the priority of the game to High in windows task manager, and I play in windowed mode and I still get frame rate issues. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Are you sure it's low fps and not lag problems (bad hosts)?

Have a look in there, see if you can find your problem.  If it's only happening when you're hosting then you are not alone, although there isn't really a fix yet.

 

If it's happening when you're a client, I don't know what to tell you.
