[Spoiler] First Use Focus Charge, Is There A Way To Make It Faster?

Since passives are triggered only after you use power 5 for the first time, I was wondering if there's a way to speed up the first charge, which seems quite slow.

It seems to be based on time only, so maybe the focus ability that reduces the cooldown affects the first charge as well?

Anyone tested it yet? Being able to replenish my energy for the whole mission is cool, but not if I can trigger the effect at over half way through the run.

Nope, you just have to wait.

 

You can lower the cooldown with the mastery ability or deactivating other abilities (each one adds 45 seconds, I think)

The mastery one? Yes, it reduces the cooldown but I don't know by how much
