Weird Graphical Issues

These just started happening after the recent patch. It tends to happen to just about anything that moves, especially fire. 

My system is: 

OS: Vista 32 bit

CPU: AMD Anthlon 64 x2 2.5ghz

Ram: 3GB

GPU: ATI Radeon 3870 (yes my drivers are up to date)

This is highly annoying especially since I actually like the game but this stuff makes it incredibly difficult to play. Anyone have any clue what might be causing it?

Your system is pretty old, and it doesn't help that you are using Vista. Are you sure Warframe fully supports your hardware and OS?

100% sure, I've been playing it for a week and this literally just started after patching it today.

• Graphics:Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3600

I don't know.. perhaps it's anti-aliasing?

Turned it on and off, turning it off made it worse, I played with all the settings, nothing seemed to affect it.

I also though it's AA, maybe check AMD-ATI catalyst settings and set all to aplication prefered ?
