Cant Install Arcane Enhancement.

Frost Prime helmet does not appear on the list, tried relogging and equipping/unequipping that helmet.

Not 100% sure but that helmet is not meant to be used with Arcane Enhancement as it is impossible to use the same helmet on a non-prime Frost. So using a different helmet like the Aura will do afaik.

Well i think it should be meant to be used as i could install arcanes on other prime helmets like ash and ember and rhino?

 

Edit: Just checked this. For example both Ember and Ember Prime helmets do appear on the list but none of the frost helmets do.

ah ok, and you never installed anything on them before? If you did, then you should find them in the arcane section (like for when you want to remove them). If you didn't then I believe that it's something more going on and your best shot would then be to submit a Support ticket and they'll look into it as to why it doesn't permit them to be installed by you.
