Got Stuck Inside A Pillar

I dont know if anyone else has had this problem, but ive gotten myself stuck inside pillars on the map about three or four times the past week. I also had different warframes each time. Anyone else have this problem?

There is an "unstuck" option.  Go into chat and type "/unstuck" and it should fix the issue.  It also sends a bug report to DE.

At the time of typing this me and my friend are stuck in a pillar together, it happens on the underground maps in the elevator pillars.

Thankfully there is another friend that is currently heading to the exit of the map.

This has happened several times before. If its any aid to pinpoint the type of map, its the same map type as the one the Phorid vs Corpus invasion is in. 

Edit: It was on the Latreon prime stock alert and I didn't get the Stock due to this

Stuck in the environment (usually a pillar) is the main reason I "fail" a mission.  I slide too close to a pillar and I'm inside it.  I jump too close to the Tenno eating pillar and I'm stuck.  I primarily play solo, so quit mission, take a hit on stats and retry.  Recommend an "unstuck" option or a method of reporting a bug while in game.
