Trading Question

Hello, so i wanted to start trading my prime parts since i have way too many im not gonna use. my brother tells me i can only sell blueprints and not the part itself. i know for a fact the warframe and weapon blueprints themselves cannot be traded, but what about the parts for the weapons and warframes? thank you

Prime Warframe parts: Only BP can be traded. Built parts cannot be traded.

Prime Weapon parts: Parts can be traded (perhaps because there wasn't any BP of those parts to begin with)
