Message - Login Failed Check Your Info,,,,,,pls Hlp

hi I have been playing warframe for over 2 years on ps4. Always helped other players etc. under name Henorith. Recently decided to try Xbox one so started completely new under henorithms. currently only MR 3 ( hell to be newbie) Must admit many problems with this platform. Today just finished playing an alert with a mr 20 player. He was frost so was meditating in a frozen shield at end of game. I decided to write my name with Magnus on the shield as was in Jupiter and third player was taking his time going through all the lockers. Anyway mr 20 seems to have taken offense. Next thing I know progress for that mission is lost, and I no longer have access to the game I really love and support. Easily invested over 500 euro over past 2 years for slots etc.( never frames though) message which comes up is " login failed check your info". So my question wth happened?? Where when and how can I check my info. Have I been hacked as this Xbox seems less secure than Sony ps4..... Heeeeelp

Uninstall the game and reinstall. If that doesn't work file a ticket with support. Your info should match your forum login, I think so it should be fine.

We have just had a hardware issue on our Console infrastructure and expect there to be intermittent connectivity issues over the next hour or so.
