Rhino Build

Hey okay I've had rhino for a while now but the thing is that I've not used him in so long. Like last time i used him was before the change to his iron skin ability. Now I wanna resume using him but I've been having trouble coming up with a build that focuses on power efficiency and strength (so that I'm basically focusing on iron skin). So I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks fellow tenno (sorry had to chip that in). LOL

 

p.s I don't have transient fortitude and power drift.

This build  is quite balanced in the way you want. But you'll lose much usefulness with Roar due to Fleeting Expertise. Note you can replace the Streamline with Rage, which will synergize with Rejuvenation to give energy to cast Iron Skin and regen Health.
